The Workout That I FAILED...miserably.

It's over....THANK FREAKING GAWD!


Who would have thought that the workout below would have KICKED my aRse so bad?


You wanna know what it was?

30 seconds on/10 seconds off with beeper!

Elevated, One-Legged Push-ups,
Reverse pull ups feet out straight, if you can,
Squats with a decent weight that will make you go medium pace,
Tricep dips with knee-to-chess ab move in between,
Around the world with weights each hand,
Bent over rows then straight standing rows
(elbow up, hands to chin - almost)
Clean and Presses
Kettlebell

8 x 8

Excuse me?


Yup.

That's what I said, 8 exercises x 8 total rounds...on the timer it looks like 
64 times of 30on/10off.
Urgh - Barf.


And although I almost puked once and 
burped my lunch up at least twice....which I ate two hours before.



I FINISHED THAT CRAP!


These shoes are gonna get a lot of use in 2015.

Maybe I will get myself a new pair this summer?

Hmm - I like treats I can work for.

Done and done!

So...yeah.

Let's not talk about tomorrow's workout....argh!
