But it's okay, I have learnt to control the cravings.
(What you really mean to say Lauren, it you've learnt now to NOT eat a whole
jar full of peanut, cashew, almond, macadamia butter)
Yes, I have a little more self-control now.
It also helps to make these; raw cashew-peanut-dates-sesame balls.
REALLY - it helps.
Why?
Cuz you can't have more than two in one sitting, that is the rule.
(I only eat things in pairs so that works for me.
Four would be WAY too much with a coffee,WAAAAAAAY too much!)
