"What Would She Say" refers to my twin sister,Rhiannon. Rhiannon is challenged with autism and does not speak, cannot look after herself and will never develop past the capabilities of a 3 to 4 year old. However, all is not lost. I would like to think (even if some people believe this to be false) that Rhiannon and I share a special bond. So I try to ask myself as often as possible...what would Rhiannon say about this...? And thus the title was born - BOOM!

Summer Lovin' once upon a time at a small Biodynamic Farm...
I'm not sure how many people can say they've had a pet duck? I know I can't. For years I have been secretly (and not so secretly) wanting one...but it never happened. HOWEVER; the one summer I lived on a bio dynamic farm in Ottawa, I felt like I had a pet duck. Correction; not A pet duck but FIVE pet ducks! My dear friend Tina and I loved those little rascals to pieces, up until the day they were gobbled up by coyotes that is. But before they died, ohhh too fun! We taught them to come when called and those little guys ran over like Trojans, really! Eager to see us or the treats we had for them? No matter, they loves us and as they got bigger (and quite fatter) the fun didn't stop! They grew so docile, you could hold them, pet them, feed them, talk to them and they responded...shit, I am sure I could have got one or two of them to play euchre if I had tried. But as I mentioned above, one day they were just taken from us and that was that. So today, I would like to remember Tom, John, Icky, Mickie, & Crier by showing a video of the first time we taught them to swim! ;-)

Really, why not?
Would it be inappropriate to read a little nugget of wisdom once in a while to my non-existent readers?
Because you don't exist I will answer for you;
ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Yay!
P.S. Does this mean I should have a warning label before entering the site now? Please be advised this site has some comments that could be offensive to you? Really? Ugh!
Maybe not a good idea Lauren.
Mmm.

BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE...
Curiously enough the origins of this “losing all your body heat through your head” is a myth. Can you believe it? I know, I didn’t either. Supposedly its just because your head, face and neck are the most SENSITIVE to the cold that you think you are losing incredible amounts of heat when indeed you are not. Unfortunately I need more facts, research, stats, people with hats vs. people with no hats to convince me that its just a myth. Because what I do know is this: my curly mop alone does NOT do its job at keeping my head warm therefore why the heck do all you people with nice heads of hair think you can get away with not wearing a hat? PLEASE, it makes me cold just looking at you! Go get yourself a FUN-NEW-HAT and I promise, its will change your life. (or just give you hat head which would also make me giggle! ;-)

Good morning...peanut butter and jam cookies?
I dreamt of peanut butter and jelly cookies last night.
So naturally, I googled the idea first thing this morning (thinking peanut butter and jam cookies had never been done before).
I was wrong, it has been done. HOWEVER, not really to my liking. Let's just say I wasn't too impressed with what I saw. I myself want more of a sandwich look & feel from the cookie (not just a peanut butter cookie with a BLOB of jam on top).
Wheels are spinning, juices are flowing, seeds are sprouting in my head.
Yes, I am just that kind of "crazy" to make miracles happen in the kitchen.
Stay tuned.

Oh happy day---Ohhh happy DA-AAY!
At first there was sunshine...
Then came the next best thing....
Ahhh espresso....and of course one cannot have this bitter-delicious coffee without a little bit of sweetness, right?
Or a lot of sweetness? You choose.
