Please provide your Drama skills in Geography, WHAT!?!

Using tableaux in Humanities can be EVER SO useful.
Act I.
Define: Urban Rural Fringe

(say whaaat?)

Flat countryside on both sides of city.

Area around city starts to change and develop...

...until it's ONE LARGE city.
(with edges on the side that are distinct and different from the center point of city)

Act II.
Define: Urban Sprawl

It's gonna happen, watch!

Slowly but surely, info-structure is taking over the agricultural lands around...

..and then BOOM; it's gone and taking over in all sorts
of different directions!

Bahhaha!

Okay-okay.
You might be wondering how on EARTH this is something
useful in HUMANITIES but actually?

The kids were digging it and it took no longer than 6 - 8 minutes of
their traditional DESK and COMPUTER learning
time so I say....

Nope, not over it yet...

Look what I found happily munching outside the school today -

Mr.GOAT!

CRAZY, right??!

I THINK SO!!!

Stop eating the ONLY green that we have around our school - YO!

Think he (or is it a she?) got the message?

I think I am getting the stare down or the
MR.ANGRY GOAT FACE.

So...yeah.

Should Have Married An Art Teacher - sigh*

I get EXCITED walking into an art room.
WHY?
Just look at all the different ways you can express yourself?
Incredible, no?

Sigh*

Why didn't I do gooder work in Art?
(Maybe because I was trying to learn how to write good in English?)

Double *sigh*

Here is an example of a gRRReat art room and an even
better art teacher...

The set up...

Family shot (minus the other art teacher)

Who is that cute little kitty?

Awww Noah.

Now it's time to get SILLY....

Eric: "Oui, but of COURSE dis is art!"

I'm confused....how is THIS art?
Bahahha!

Rightly so.
This man DOES deserves a swift KICK in the BUTT!

Organized and Unique.

No big deal, she has her own CARD!!!!

I mean, really?

How could you NOT love having this person teach you art?
Makes me want to go back to school again~!

They have their own profile...what do you think IB?
Hmmm.

Me trying to be creative in my photo shooting.

Talking art....but I think I took this picture because
I LOVED how ORGANIZED those pencil coulours are!

(NEAT FREAK = Ms.Wells when it comes to colour)

Art geniuses in the making....

...who US?!?

Yes YOU!!!
Maddy and Noah (hidden behind the chair) art prodigies in the making.

Best portrait of what is going on in my head!

Hahahhaha!

More photos of Korean to come, I think!

Sometimes You Just Need to EAT IT!

Got my BUTT kicked in chess today.

Like I mean royally kicked.

Ohhh yeah, it was bad.

In fact, it even hurt a little.

Well, maybe it was more my pride getting hurt than my actual chess playing skills.

Sigh*

I used to be such a NINJA at chess - what happened?

You wanna know what happened?!?

THIS GUY...

...that is what happened!

***
So what did I do after I lost you ask?
How does one deal with losing?
Especially when it's such an embarrassing defeat?
Hmmm...
Curl up in a ball and suck your thumb, right?

WRONG!

You make a MAD FACE, OF COURSE!

Boom.

(I mean really, what else can you do???)

Bah - HAH!

The World Needs To See More STUFF like This

Sometimes life is SUCH a treat.

I want one !
(or two, twins are okay with me)
Bahahhahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahaha~!

p.s.
And no, it's not cute little Emma girl that I am talking about -
just in case you needed clarification.

p.p.s.
I heart Cinnamon
(both as the horse AND the delicious powder)

One of the Best School I have ever been to...

This was one of the best schools I have ever been to
but
clearly that isn't really saying much....
(not worked on the International circuit for very long)

HOWEVER,

I am still allowed to be impressed, right?

The start of a long and beautiful tour...

Sigh*

Yes, indeed that is a cool building design and if I was an architect
I would be able to tell you more about WHY it looks the way it does.
However, I failed grade 10 math.
Fact.

Can you see Canada's flag?

I see it, I SEE IT!

Middle School is CLEARLY the best place to be...

That this the school door holder - imagine meeting that
little kitty every morning?
That would seal the deal for me, when can I come?
When do I start? Put me IN coach!

One happy French man enjoying a cuppa of elixir~!

One delightful art teacher and a really tall, old looking man...

Sorry, are we still inside?
YUP!

Yeah...just a little natural light.
*sigh

Pretty sure he got that from me...say that ALL THE TIME!
(Yes, I am a liar)

Who invited THIS GUY?
Hmmm.
I (lovingly) blame you Emma.

Oh, sorry? You mean you don't have a room like this to make your morning
announcements? Pity...

Dynamite! Stealing this sign for OUR SCHOOL!
(No copy right laws in the Desh people, remember?)

MOU-HAHAHAHH!

Last flower before the fall completely takes over...(music comes on)
" All by myself...don't wanna be, all by myself...anymore."

This KID has the peace DOWN-PAT for every photo
(luckily he is so DANG cute that I allowed it)

I take my job very seriously,
I am a professional tourist photographer

So what? It's just a gym?
(I can hear YOU - Ben Smith - say this)

Ohhhh - didn't see that coming, eh?
Ahhh - a gym for teachers and students that OVERLOOK the gym.
Riiiiiiight...so shall we move on?

Again, enough with the natural LIGHT! Ugh! Too much natural light is NOT
good thing!!!!
Why?
Cuz it ruins my pictures of course - sheeeesh!

I was thinking about it...

...seriously, I really thought about but  sigh*
I still had half a coffee to slurp up
and I believe an addictive drug should be
taken on a regular basis, in copious proportions.

Not sure who is helping who.

Not sure why the ants aren't allowed to eat at this school?
Thought YOU - Matt Holoborrow - might have something to say about that?
ANTS HAVE FEELINGS TOO, right?
(Peter - where are you when I need you to help me make fun of Matt?)
CLEARLY this was something I did not like about the school.
(bahahhah!)
(Well I had to find SOMETHING not to like, right?!?)

Life lesson #1 from Crazy Ms.Wells
The boom face.
Own it, work it, and then just be the BOOM!
(Let your eyes do all the smiling)

A very important skill for all student development.

I just needed a reason to get something that was stuck between my horse teeth.

Strangely enough, there was one among us who could and had practiced the art
of sounding like a Dolphin...which was incredible the first time, and even the second time.

HOWEVER,
the third time, fourth and fifth time were definitely overkill.
NO,
I will not reveal the name of this offender
although his name rhymes with "pal" and he was born too tall.

Hmmm.

The view from the second floor, right outside one of the many auditoriums.

Taking a much needed a moment, everything was just too beautiful.

THIS WAS MY KIND OF PLACE~!
(Yes, I am yelling because that is what I did when I saw the blocks!)
Well first I yelled
"BLOCKS!!!"
and then continued in a very loud voice,
"THIS IS MY KIND OF PLACE!"

Good story Lauren.

Noah's classroom which overlooked the outside playground - sick!

Who is that dashing young lady?

Here comes TROUBLE!

Here comes even MORE trouble!

The French man was very impatient and rude when sharing the slide.
Pffft - les FRENCH!

Pretty sure this is the only picture I got of JOEL!
Arggggh - AJ, how can that be?!?!

Again, am I on a University campus or High School campus?

Little Maddy showed us HER classroom, her teacher's chair and then demanded a story read
to her by her favourite English teacher...children are so easily confused!

I mean really? Who rides cable cars these days?

Just the cute little bar stools, I mean LIBRARY chairs...shesh Lauren!

Too COOL!

YUP, those things ARE carpeted - whoever thought of that
was pure genius.

Of course the French man went right away to using it as a slide...tsk-tsk-tsk!
Oh-la-la-la-la-la-la-la~!

...while others decided to nap....

...and some even decided to read!

TOO CUTE!

A little piece of heaven in my eyes.

Wow - that looks super comfortable.

Noah was just fascinated...who wouldn't be?
With that lovely
face and sweet little accent?

YES - I LOVE YOU EMMA!
(bahahah!)

I didn't know Johnny Cash was on the trip?

My idol - Miss Frizzle!

Just a regular ginormous track.

Turf and grass mixed together as far as the eyes could see.

Nope, not enough tennis courts.

More South Korea pictures visiting
Emma & Joel to come so....

...stay tuned.
